This month participants of the SMP XII program met for their final workshop led by Dr. Ben Gilad. The workshop simulated a "War Game" and focused on how to collect competitive intelligence on your company's competitors. The participants were asked in advance to prepare information about their competitors and to present their findings during the workshop.

Dr. Ben Gilad is the chairman of the Academy of Competitive Intelligence Inc., and the president of its training affiliate, the Fuld-Gilad-Herring ACI, a global training institute in competitive intelligence and strategic risk analysis.

Participants of the program, representing five global companies and industries, actively participated in analyzing their own organizations and identifying the gaps and areas for growth and improvement. Dr. Gilad presented powerful, eye-opening perceptions, best practices and tools for engaging in a war game experience.
