This month participants of the SMP XII met for their third workshop with Prof. Anirudh Dhebar, Babson College, Boston. The workshop entitled “Global Marketing,” focused on the topic of customer-centricity and its implications on customer-focused organizations.

Participants of the program, from five global companies and industries, actively participated in analyzing their own organizations and identifying the gaps and areas for growth and improvement. Prof. Dhebar presented a methodology for creating an effective marketing plan, applying the conceptual ideas and tools to the companies' strategies.

Also at the workshop was guest lecturer Muli Ravina, CEO of Credit Suisse in Israel, who spoke about his organization’s model of customer-centricity.
