| Amnon Almog |
|
Almog is the general manager of Lenovo Israel where he is responsible for sales and marketing, human resources planning, recruitment, marketing campaign development, training and sales compensation plans. Almog previously managed the personal computing division at IBM Israel where he was in charge of all local IBM PC business. From 1999 to 2002, he worked as the EMEA sales operation manager at IBM, Europe headquarters in Paris. He completed a technical engineering degree at Yad Singalovski and an MBA from London Open University. In 2004, he was awarded the title of IBM's Europe sales manager of the year.

| Haim Benjamini |
| Benjamini, Brigadier General (retired) of the IDF, has been with Teva since 1988 and has been acting as the Vice President-Human Resources since 1988. Before joining Teva, Haim was VP HR & Organization at Scitex Corp. Ltd., Israel, where he was responsible for managing a global environment in times of growth, crisis and turnaround. He received his B.A. in Social Sciences (Sociology and Political Sciences) from the Hebrew University in 1964 and his M.A. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago in 1980. |

| Jacob Burak |
|
Burak is the Chairman of Evergreen, which he founded in 1987. Evergreen is a leading Private Equity management company in Israel with $520M under management. Burak has been personally responsible for many of the 80 investments made by Evergreen since its inception. Burak was the co-founder in 1976 of the Yissum Group, a management consulting and executive human resources firm. He was President of Yissum until it went public in July 1986. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from Haifa Technion University and graduated from the PMD program at Harvard Business School.

| Prof. Joseph DiStephano |
|
DiStephano joined IMD’s full-time faculty in January 2000 after serving as Visiting Professor in 1979-80 and Adjunct Professor during most of the intervening 20 years. He rejoined IMD from Hong Kong where he led the establishment of the first offshore campus of The University of Western Ontario (Canada). DiStephano was Executive Director of the Richard Ivey School of Business (Asia) and served as the Shirley Chan Memorial Professor of International Business at Ivey’s Cheng Yu Tung Management Institute. Prior to joining IMD, Professor DiStephano’s appointments at the Ivey Business School included the Royal Bank Professor of International Business, founding Director of Business in Beijing (with Tsinghua University), Associate Dean - Human Resources, and Organizational Behavior Area Group Coordinator. DiStephano earned a B.S. in mathematics at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in social psychology at Cornell University.

| Benny Levin |
|
Benny Levin is acting Chairman of the dbMotion Board of Directors. Before joining dbMotion Mr. Levin co-founded NICE Systems, a worldwide leader of multimedia digital recording solutions for business interaction management. Mr. Levin served as NICE's President and Director from its inception and as Chairman and CEO from February 1998 to 2001. Under Mr. Levin's leadership the company achieved impressive growth and raised significant funds, both on NASDAQ and the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). Prior to founding NICE, Mr. Levin served in the Israel Defense Forces (the “IDF”), where he held various positions in Military Intelligence and retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel. In 1978, he was awarded the Chief of Intelligence Award for Creative Thinking. Mr. Levin is also Vice-Chairman of the Israel Venture Network (IVN) and Chairman of the IVN's Education Initiative Steering Committee. The IVN is a venture philanthropy network of high-tech entrepreneurs and executives from Israel and the U.S. with the goal of increasing Israel's national competitiveness by advancing its educational systems and by promoting a culture that values volunteerism and philanthropy. He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

| Kfir Luzzatto |
| Luzzatto is a senior partner in the patent law firm Luzzatto & Luzzatto. Born and educated in Italy, he served in the Israeli army and then completed his technical education followed by a Ph.D. in chemical engineering. He received a number of academic awards, including the Landau Award for Research. Luzzatto has taught university courses on "Patents and Technology," and is the author of numerous technical, scientific and professional articles, including an educational series of articles in the Hebrew press. He is a member of F.I.C.P.I., A.I.P.P.I., I.N.T.A. and A.I.P.A. and the National Geographic Society. He wrote "The World of Patents," published in 2002 and he also published a series of literary work. |

| Rafi Maor |
|
Rafi Maor was appointed President and CEO of ECI on January 1st, 2006, after serving for the previous 15 months as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Mr. Maor has a wealth of experience in the management of global technology companies. Prior to joining ECI, he spent nine years at Indigo N.V. as President and COO. Following the acquisition of Indigo by Hewlett Packard in 2002, he was General Manager of HP/Indigo Division and Vice President at HP Corporate with worldwide responsibility for the product line. Prior to that, he spent 20 years with Israel Aircraft Industries where he held increasingly senior managerial positions. Mr. Maor has an engineering degree from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the advanced management program at the INSEAD Business School, France.

| Erez Meltzer |
|
Meltzer served as CEO of Africa-Israel. Previously, he serverd as President and CEO of Netafim in Tel Aviv, Israel. A global company with projects in more then 110 countries and subsidiaries in over 30 countries. Meltzer received his B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University and MBA from Boston University. In addition to his duties at Netafim, he serves as Chairman for both the Leowenstein Hospital Rehabilitation Center and the Israeli Forum of Hi-Tech CEO’s.

| Baruch Oren |
|
Oren is Chairman of Mekorot, Israel’s national water company. As chairman, Oren is responsible for the strategic direction of Mekorot and its newest initiative, WaTech, a program supporting early-stage water technology companies and their entrepreneurs. Prior to taking the helm at Mekorot, Oren was responsible for business development at the world’s leading drip-irrigation company, Netafim. He has a strong background in marketing and business consulting, having held key executive positions at Comverse (telecommunications), Neviot (water/beverage), and Visa (financial), and he is a founder of one of Israel’s leading business consulting firms, P.O.C. Oren has a Masters and a B.A. in Management from Tel Aviv University.

| Michael Peters |
|
Peters studied graphic design and typography at the London College of Printing. He later won a European scholarship to study at the School of Art and Architecture at Yale in the US, where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Fine Arts, studying under the famed Paul Rand and Josef Albers. He subsequently worked for CBS television in New York, before returning to London to set up the design department for the advertising agency Collett, Dickenson and Pearce. In 1970, Michael established his own company – Michael Peters and Partners – which revolutionised the role of packaging in the marketing of consumer products. Peters founded The Identica Partnership which today consists of Identica and Tango. The London-based company is now one of the leading international brand, corporate identity and interactive consultancies, specialising in the creation, development, management and design of brands around the globe. Identica is a key player in innovation and along with its sister group Tango which specialises in youth branding, has won numerous awards, especially in the area of design effectiveness.

| Muli Ravina |

Ravina is currently CEO of Credit Suisse Financial Services (Israel) Ltd. He is responsible for Credit Suisse business in Israel across the Investment Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management divisions, building the bank’s onshore operation in Tel Aviv. Ravina is an experienced business executive with a diversified background and an in-depth knowledge of the Israeli economy and global markets. Before joining Credit Suisse, Ravina served as President and COO of Ericom Software, he was responsible for the company's WW operations, sales, marketing, finance and business strategy. Among his major achievements are leading the company IPO in the year 2000, execution of worldwide reorganization and international expansion. Previous positions include President and CEO of Ventura Communications Internet, a VC-backed start-up; International Financial Services Manager at Singer Barnea investment house; Senior Assistant to the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of finance and the Head of Economics Department at Tefen Industrial Engineering. Ravina also serves and has served on several board of directors, among them are: Dash, Bagir, DBQ, Yozma - Venture Capital, National Coal Supply Corp, Angiosonics, OTI, Galil and others. Ravina holds a Masters degree in Finance and banking from the University of Tel Aviv and a Bachelors degree in Economics (with honors) from the University of Tel Aviv. Among his hobbies are cooking, baking and astrophysics.

| Prof. Edward Roberts |
|
Roberts is the David Sarnoff Professor of Management of Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he chairs the Sloan School's Management of Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship Group. He co-founded and until 1999 co-chaired the MIT Management of Technology (MOT) Program, an executive education Master's degree program for mid-career scientists and engineers, and also founded and is chairman of the MIT Center for Entrepreneurship. He serves as co-director of the MIT International Center for Research on the Management of Technology (ICRMOT). Roberts co-founded and was CEO of Pugh-Roberts Associates, an international management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and technology management, now a division of PA Consulting Group. He co-founded and is a director of Medical Information Technology, Inc. (Meditech), a leading producer of healthcare information systems. In addition he co-founded and was for 20 years a General Partner of the Zero Stage Capital and First Stage Capital Equity Funds, a group of venture capital funds investing in early-stage technology-based firms. He has been a co-founder and/or director of numerous emerging technology companies, including at present Advanced Magnetics, HighPoint Systems, NETsilicon, Pegasystems, Selfcare, Sohu.com, and StarNex.

| Aron Shai |
|
Shai is Head of The Shoul N. Eisenberg Chair for East Asian Affairs, Tel Aviv University. He is a recognized authority in East Asian studies. He is the author of eight books and an editor of many others. Between 1972 and 2004 he has had 40 articles published in scientific and academic journals. He has served as a guest Professor at St. Antony's College, Oxford, University of Toronto, Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Science Sociales, Paris and East-Asian Institute, Columbia University, and New York University. He also served as Director at "The Israel Phoenix Assurance Company Ltd." and at "ICIC – The Israel Credit Insurance Company Ltd." Shai obtained a B.A. in History and Philosophy from the Hebrew University, an M.A. cum laude in History and a Ph.D from St. Antony's College, Oxford.

| Derek Shearer |
|
Shearer was named as the U.S. Ambassador to Finland by President Clinton in 1994. Shearer was on leave from Occidental College in Los Angeles, where he had served as Professor of Public Policy and Director of the International and Public Affairs Center, which he founded. During the 1992 presidential campaign, Ambassador Shearer was a senior policy advisor to Governor Bill Clinton and helped to write the campaign’s economic program, Putting People First. Shearer was appointed Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Economic Affairs in 1993. Shearer has worked previously in government at the national, state and local levels. In 1978, President Jimmy Carter appointed him to the founding Board of Directors of the National Consumer Cooperative Bank. In the 1980’s, he served as a city planning commissioner in Santa Monica, California. Shearer received his B.A. from Yale University and his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Union Graduate School.

| Oded Tamir |

Tamir, co-founder of InSightec orchestrated financing for the company's R&D, oversaw financial operations and financial structures. Under his leadership, the company invested $60 million into the development and regulatory approval of its Magnetic Resonance guided Focused Ultrasound (MRgFUS) technology. Prior to InSightec, Tamir served in a variety of key positions during his 18 year tenure at Elbit Medical Imaging including V.P of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Previous positions included management of Planning & Control, and Operations. Tamir received his B.A. in accounting from Haifa University and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

|
Vigodman – President & CEO of the Strauss Elite Group (prior to that - CEO of Elite Industries for about three years), started his career with Somekh Chaikin (KPMG) in 1987 upon the completion of his academic studies, until his appointment as partner in the firm on January 1, 1992. In addition to his current duties, Erez Vigodman is active in the academic and public domains. In the past, he was member of the teaching staff of Tel Aviv University, and member of the Plenary Session of Israel's Securities Authority. Today he serves as member of an Advisory Committee to the Bank of Israel, member of the Presidium of Israel's Manufacturers' Association, Chairman of the Foreign Trade & International Ties Committee of the Manufacturers' Association, and member of the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Business Management at Tel Aviv University.

Vortman is President and CEO at InSightec Therapeutics. He was previously President of Elbit Medical Imaging and President and CEO of Diasonics Vingmed Ultrasound. Vortman has won the Israel National Security Award and has a B.Sc. in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Jerusalem, a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and a Ph.D. in Electro Optics from the Technion.

Yaron has co-founded five International based start-ups with primary focus on Communication Networks; ExaNet Inc., focused on building Single Entity Scalable Storage Networks, P cube Inc., focused on Content Based Switching for smart networks (sold to Cisco), PentaCom Ltd., focused on SRP based products (sold to Cisco), Comsys Communication and Signal Processing Ltd., focused on 2.5G and 3G modems for Broad Band Wireless Internet Access (sold to Conexant), Prolify Inc. focused on BTO in the data center and Itamar Medical Ltd. focused on a new signal in medicine. Dr. Yaron serves as Chairman of the Boards of these companies. Yaron serves on the BOD of Mercury Interactive traded on NASDAQ, serves as the Chairman of the BOD of Yissum (the commercialization company of the Hebrew University) and on the Board of Governors and Executive committee Hebrew University. Yaron has also served as President of Indigo NV, leading the company to an NASDAQ IPO exceeding $1B in market capitalization. Prior to joining Indigo served as corporate Vice President of National Semiconductor and General Manager of its Israeli operations with worldwide responsibility for its Embedded CPU business. Yaron holds a Ph.D. in Device Physics from the Hebrew University.
