Overview
GLP is the only in-house program to offer a pathway to change management and accelerated growth through a three-fold customized process focusing on the organization, its senior management team and the individual manager. It lays the foundation for developing leadership insights, leadership capabilities and a systematic approach for managing intra-organizational complexities.
Through GLP we seek to transform our client's mindset and provide personal as well as corporate management capabilities, in a bid to build strong global management capabilities. We invite internationally renowned knowledge leaders from Harvard, Stanford, IMD, MIT, Insead, Kellog and more for in-depth work on each organization.
Each program is preempted by unique research and analysis processes into the company's existing leadership paradigm, team networking, communication barriers and individual management styles, all within the context of the organization's industry. We work to ensure that corporate goals are understood, accurately communicated and finally, embraced by our participants. We apply an integrated multi-faceted approach to help individual team members transform through one-on-one coaching as well as action learning, benchmarking and more.
Transforming personal growth to company growth
During the program we explore the barriers to global management and then help to translate growth to actions. We develop leadership capabilities for fostering growth and strengthening cross boundary networking. Our clients gain insights into people management reinforced by practical methods for mobilizing change. We foster personal as well as corporate transformation through one-on-one leadership coaching, mentoring and shadowing to help orchestrate change.
Most of the program is taught hands-on to management teams in a predominantly non-frontal learning environment through action learning, benchmarking and other innovative learning methods. Following graduation our participants join our growing ExecuTIM graduates family where the learning process continues through senior management forums and other tailored events.
