TIM (Technion Institute of Management) develops innovative global executive development programs that transform senior corporate managers into leading global teams through a life changing experience. Being a non-profit organization we are fully dedicated to transmitting a multi-dimensional integrated approach based on cross-cultural leadership, best practices management, collaborative team management, action learning, benchmarking, real-life project problem solving and more. Since its inception in 1998 TIM has established a strong rapport with internationally renowned partners including; TEVA, IBM, Kulicke & Soffa, Comverse, Johnson & Johnson, who have repeatedly sent management teams, generating some 1,000 graduates. 

Our programs are a product of our internal development think tank – a nucleus for in-house diagnosis procedures and unique methodologies for helping participants grow into leading global teams. Today we have a powerful impact on our graduate teams - many of whom evolved into agents of change, triggering significant organizational breakthroughs. As for tomorrow we are constantly creating new programs, new processes and new ways to deliver our material to help international businesses advance to next level growth.
