This month participants of the SMP XII program met for their fourth workshop led by Prof. Anat Lechner, New York University. The workshop entitled “Leading Organizational Change,” focused on the topic of challenges in contemporary business environments that demand an increasing pace, volume and complexity of organizational change. The workshop was geared toward deepening the understanding of the challenges, techniques and burdens associated with initiating and implementing a major change in an organization.

Participants of the program, from five global companies and industries, actively participated in analyzing their own organizations and identifying the gaps and areas for growth and improvement. Prof. Lechner presented powerful, eye-opening perceptions, best practices and tools for dealing with organizational change.
