Prior to this, he served as CEO and President of the Israeli subsidiary of DEC Digital Equipment Corp. Bregman served as Chief Executive Officer of Comverse, Inc. from January 2001 to March 2007, where he orchestrated the company’s turn-around from the Telecom Crisis of 2001-2002. Under his leadership Comverse grew from a single-product voice mail provider to a multi-product Telecom software company. Bregman joined Comverse in 1987 as a software programmer and served in various R&D, management and marketing positions within the company, including Vice President, EMEA Division and Messaging Division. Prior to joining Comverse Bregman was employed by Clarity Ltd. Bregman hold a B.Sc., magna cum laude, in Mathematics and Computer Science and a M.Sc., summa cum laude, in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University. He also earned a Kellogg-Recannatti International Executive MBA, a joint degree from the Faculty of Management of Tel-Aviv University and Northwestern University.

Dr. Berry is the outgoing Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Government of Israel. Her background includes co-founding ORNET Data Communication Technologies Ltd.; raising the venture capital, building the worldwide infrastructure and managing the sale to Siemens for $30M. Dr. Berry has served as the Chief Scientist of Fibronics and as a senior research engineer in companies such as IBM and UNISYS. | De Haan is a professor in the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion. He was previously the CEO of Philips Israel. De Haan began his career at Phillips in 1976 as a Senior Consultant and after a number of line and staff positions in different countries become CEO in 1998. As Director of Philips Corporate Purchasing (1996-1998), he was in charge of all non-products related purchased goods and services and he initiated and implemented a $500 million saving program. He was also Director of Purchasing of Philips Consumer Electronics, COO of the Telecommunication Division and Business Development manager of Philipsin Japan. De Haan has an IR M.S.c in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Delft, Holland; a D.S.c degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from the Technion; and an out post Doctorate studies at the University of Los Angeles. |

| Ilan Diamant |

Diamant, a senior clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience, has also served within the office of the Israeli Prime Minister. His PhD dissertation, at the University of London (University College London), explored the subject of individual lying and deception. Diamant currently teaches at both Tel Aviv University and The College of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, where his courses explore assessment methods. Diamant provides a variety of assessment consulting services throughout the Israeli security sector, and continues to maintain a private psychotherapy practice as well. He is a member of the “Society of Personality Assessment” and resides outside of Tel Aviv, Israel.
