At TIM we constantly strive to deliver the best global development programs on the market. Since TIM's inception in 1997 we have cultivated a world class international center for global executive capabilities based on a single-minded focus on client needs, action-learning methodologies and in-house innovativeness constantly striving to improve. 

We looked into the business and academic world and invited executive management leaders from Harvard, Stanford, IMD, MIT, Insead, NYU and more. We have explored and developed methodologies, processes, capabilities and tools unique to TIM, building the foundation of a next-level learning center.

We challenge our clients to re-think their business and to re-think their future in global markets. We do so through meticulous planning and customization; every program is preceded by an in-depth needs assessment based on our in-house analysis processes and methodolgies to meet corporate needs and to identify and fill the gaps.

We help our client's management teams develop their own corporate language to open communication channels and strengthen their teamwork, and in so doing, build a cadre of future global leaders. 

TIM is particularly renowned for its innovative action learning process and successful team management learning framework. The key lies in our staunch belief that management capabilities need to be taught hands-on to a team, or group of management teams in a predominantly non-frontal learning environment. 

Our goal - to transform our client's mindset, provide personal as well as corporate management capabilities and build global management skills that help our clients become leaders of change and agents of accelerated global growth.

Our processes include; local and international benchmarking, action learning, mentoring, shadowing, real-life projects focused on problem-solving concurrently with personal coaching.
